How to get the key service

 

Under the Right to Information Act, 2009, following the following procedure, citizens of Bangladesh can get desired information from any government and non-government organization.


Under this Act, you will need to contact the officer / officer in charge of the office / office to get information on any official-private office / office.

The applicant should apply to the designated officer directly / email in the prescribed format / format.

Designated Officer Application Power After 20 (twenty) days, within the 30 (thirty) days of the fields, soft / e-mail / printed copies / photocopies / CD copy information will be provided.

For any reason, if the Designated Officer is unable to provide the information, the applicant will inform the applicant in writing within 10 (ten) days following the prescribed procedure / format.

If the applicant does not receive the information or if you have any type of anger, then you can appeal to the particular authority (in the prescribed form / form).

The appeal authority will settle the appeal within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt of the application.
